A quarterfinal of Indonesia ABU Robot Contest (KRAI) took place today (13/7) at Sportorium of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). All teams performed their best.

A jury of National Indonesia Robot Contest (KRI) 2018 Dr. Ir. Wahidin Wahan stated that the quarterfinal ran excitingly when all teams operate their robots quickly. “All teams are superior in this semifinal even though some teams confronted constraints,” told Wahidin.

Wahidin also informed that juries, umpires, and video cameras were prepared. “Matches of the quarterfinal ran well without any trouble. We are now preparing for a semifinal that I believe it will be much more exhilarating,” he asserted.

Additionally, Wahadin mentioned, “Eight teams passing to the semifinal are Ell_TORO from Universitas Dian Nuswantoro, Bandhayudha from Universitas Dipenogoro (Undip), C-Dragold_MP from Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang, RIVER from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS), PLI-DENG 3 from Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung, EL-FORZA 18 from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, Barelang 5.8 from Politeknik Negeri Batam, and Dagonfly from Institut Teknologi Bandung.”
