Indonesia Robot Contest (KRI) for national level conducted on 11-14 June 2015 at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta has its own enticement. A lot of spectators came to Sportorium of UMY on Saturday (13/5) when KRI was officially opened.

The committee observed that many spectators from various areas in Indonesia as Yogyakarta, Java, Sumatera, and Kalimantan came to Sportorium on Saturday. Since the ticket counter was open, thousand tickets have been sold. It was informed by Alfin, one of the committee of ticketing KRI 2015. “Most of the spectators are students and alumni of their university, as well as public,” Alfin inserted.

Moreover, one of the KRI spectators Candara coming from Batam told that he came to Yogyakarta with his four friends to see the contest. “We come watching the contest because my workplace Politeknik Batam becomes the participant,” Candra stated. He said that he has not seen the robot contest yet so that he took time to do it.

KRI has enticement for its spectators. Indonesia ABU Robot Contest (KRAI), Indonesia Soccer Robot Contest (KRSBI), Indonesia Art Robot Contest (KRSI), and Indonesia Fire Fighting Robot Contest (KRPAI) became weekend entertainment for them. In addition, it is predicted that there are more spectators coming to Sportorium on Sunday in the closing ceremony of KRI 2015.
