Sunshine Voice of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (SSV UMY) will enliven Indonesian Robot Contest (KRI) 2015. The choir would sing Indonesia national anthem, Indonesia Raya, in the opening of KRI 2015 on Saturday (13/6) at Sportorium of UMY. Even though the choir only sings a sing, they would give their best performance for participants, judges, spectators, and supporters.

It was stated by Marilda Azka, chief of Sunshine Voice of UMY. “A request to perform in KRI is quite sudden. The committee told that we only have to sing a song because of limited time, and we are ready,” she asserted on Wednesday (10/6) in an interview in front of Sportorium of UMY.

Though SSV has achieved a lot of achievement as including in top 5 of Muslim choir across Jogja, they would prepared well for their performance in KRI. We need to decide who will perform and share duties so that the performance would run well.

Azka continued that the committee required 15-20 members of SSV to perform in KRI, and she decided to perform with 15 members. “Those fifteen members have been selected. Members having powerful vocal and proper composition were chosen. Because we will only sing Indonesia Raya, we do not need certain composition, but the composition between men and women should be balance,” she elucidated.

Azka inserted that to make the choir great, sharing duties is necessary. Thus, this evening Wednesday (10/6), she would have meeting with members of Sunshine Voice. “Tonight we will have meeting to discuss members who will perform, costume, public relation, and property as who will play keyboard,” she ended.
