Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) always foster the educational quality through broadening cooperation with various institution in Indonesia and abroad. On Friday (24/3) at A.R. Fachruddin A, floor 5, for instance, Rector of UMY Dr. Ir. Gunawan Budiyanto signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Adisucipto Academy of Technology (STTA) represented by Chairperson of STTA Dr. Ir. Drs. T. Ken Darmastono, M.Sc.

Based on the MoU No. 466/C.6-VIII/III/2017, both parties agreed to enhance fields of education, research, and community service. They will conduct online learning.

Indeed, STTA is one of the aerospace private higher education institutions developing and utilizing information and communication technology. “I wish this cooperation is a new step for UMY to evolve e-learning, and the academic quality of both UMY and STTKAA can be fostered,
declared Gunawan on his remark.

Besides educational aspects, both parties also agreed to collaborate in enhancing research among lecturers and students.
